Well, it is almost mid-night and we have just finished packing. We did not even go into the day we leave! We are both so tired from handling last minute details and changes, but we are not sure either of us will sleep. Isabella and Talia are feeling a bit more anxious now that the day of our departure has arrived. Neither slept well last night. It is definitely going to be difficult boarding the plane tomorrow but we know they will be in very capable hands surrounded by love.
If all goes well and we actually can figure out how to continue to blog, the next time you hear from us will be from Addis Ababa. We are looking forward to seeing Meti and now we have a new outfit for her to wear, courteous of our special friend's, the Lee family!

How wonderful it was to spend the afternoon with you before your loooong flight to Addis! We feel so lucky to share in your journey and are hoping your flight was smooth and the Italian layover was short and snappy! Cant wait to see pictures! I hope the hotel has a good shower; enjoy all of it! Love joce and matt
